Each OTILYAS piece is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or changes in color due to contact with perfumes, creams, or water

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper storage

• Plating loss resulting from friction or exposure to chemicals

• Repairs or alterations made by a third party

To keep your piece in its best condition, we recommend following the care instructions provided at the time of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly evaluate the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit if applicable.

This certificate applies only to jewelry purchased directly from OTILYAS or authorized retailers and is valid only when presented with proof of purchase.
